id love to join this but all the highlander books ive found tend to be romantic or erotic >.< and those are not my genres (even though higlanders are dead sexy) hope you enjoy the books though!
@ LunaMoth - I completely understand. Either someone likes the genre or they don't...I don't think it can be forced. I am the same way about other genres as well. So no worries. :) And YES!!! Highlanders are sexy. Thank you for commenting letting me know your reasons. I do appreciate it.
I don't have a blog because I am to lazy to write reviews, but I enjoy reading others. I love highlander books, so I will be try to read 20 books in the next year. Good Luck with hosting your challenge.

This sounds great! I jus signed up and will be posting about it here in a bit. I'm glad that the reads can work on other challenges as well. I think I'm doing 4 challenges, the most I've ever done. I'd like to actually complete one for once.

Just signed up, can't wait to start!
I will add my post in the morning. I hope I can read 20 *sighs* Thanks for hosting.
I've just ordered Karen Monings Highlander series so that's a start. I'm also looking in to Heather Grahams books. Should be fun :D
I was wondering if the highlander books also have to be published in 2011 or is it just read the books in 2011? Thanks!
@ Lover of Romance - I am glad you are excited, I am too. Thank you for participating.
@ Leetid - Thank you for participating.
@ Sharyla - It makes life easier to work with...I know it can be difficult to decide which challenge to place book in when the genres have been cross bred. Good Luck and Happy Reading.
@ Crystal ♥ - What's not to love about Highlanders? They are yummy...well the sexy ones are.
@ Laurie (BittenbyParanormalRomance)- Thanks for participating. I am sure you will succeed in completing the challenge.
@ Madame D - KMM's Immortal Highlander series Rocks! You might try Julie Garwood books as well.
@ Nora - The books could have been published in the time of the highlander. There is no time limit on publication..The challenge is to read 20 of them for 2011. Thank you for participating. Happy Reading.
And I know with just what series I'll start! Happy Reading!
I'm not a blogger but I thought that I'd try to read 20 Highlander books this year anyway!
Another question; does every book we read for the challenge have to be reviewed?
thanks!
@ Nora - It is preferred, so that others can view your reviews, learn of new Highlander novels, and share opinions with others. But, it isn't necessary. This challenge is more of a personal challenge not a competition. I just want everyone to enjoy themselves with it. :)
Okay, thanks! I'm trying to review them as best as possible, but I'm reading two or three at a time and its hard to do a three-book review entry :P
Not sure where to post the link up to my first book in the challenge so here's my link.

-laurie the highland hussy
I can't wait to get started! I love me some highlanders! *drool*
Pft!!
This is no challenge at all! So far since Christmas I have read...
5 Monica Mccarty books
8 Amanda Scott Books
3 Donna Grant Books
3 Julia London Books
6 Kresly Cole Books don't care for the imortals)
3 Michele Sinclair Boods
Highlanders are sexy, this should be fun.
Um is there a place where we post the reviews or just blog like normal?
Are we supposed to be adding the reviews for the challenge anywhere?
Sounds great! I'm all signed up.
But quick question, is there somewhere where we're suppose to add the reviews we wrote? Like another Mr Linky or somthing?
Oops =] Nevermind. I think I found it.
